Not sure about the red type (Impact would be my guess), but the smaller white face is ITC Eras Bold (or possibly Demi).

I'm sorry for posting again, but do you also know where I could get ITC Eras Bold for free as well? I'm having a really hard time attempting to get ahold of these fonts. I appreciate your time.

I believe it comes default on most windows machines
