Shishou - if I'm not wrong - means master. Therefore, Sakura calls Tsunade "Shishou".

Itachi's cousin is "Shisui".

I like no. 7 and no. 9 the best! No. 9 is especially haunting, especially with the last line. And Itachi! Self-mutilation is oh so self-sacrificial. :s
