30 pounds....hard to believe
I've lost that much.
I can't lose anymore!
Still working out with my trainer, Travis, 3 times a week and doing work on the side the odd days. We're working on muscle and a couple pounds of body fat. We've increased reps and lowered weights. We'll see where this takes me.
Woooohoooooo!
