Alternate Reality Game. It's sort of a treasure hunt that's done partially on the internet and partially in RL. LOST did it once before and if you followed it you have knowledge of a lot more about the show than most. I read over the basic information from it when I first entered the fandom.

I'm not much into the fandom, but I love the mystery and the clues. I want to know what the island is and how it works so badly I can taste it. ;)
