I used to dream of things that never would come true
I used to dream of things like me and you
But now I've learned my lesson, learned it well
Flight has been forgotten, I've tripped into hell
Some would say perhaps it's for the best
Who wants to be in heaven, when heaven's a mess
When love is denied by their people on earth
And angels cry as forbidden loves burst
