Every so often, I like to browse Deviantart for Ioan/Hornblower stuff. Sadly, there are generally pretty slim pickings. However, tonight I found something glorious:

Absolutely no skill at all in visual arts I am afraid- but endorse that it can be good to have some in a fandom.

I browse deviant art very occasionally too - but as you say there are not many gems for us - though there is a very nice photo for all Bush fans of PMG in Bush costume but with shades ---I was thinking of asking its poster whether I could use it over here...

I can draw, it takes me days to get something decent, and time is not a thing I have at the moment.

If you're looking for great art, black_hound and rum_inspector have some brilliant stuff. I love black_hound's work particularly - but then I'm biased. She draws Bush/Hornblower. =)
