The Promised Comic-Con Write Up

I have returned from Comic-Con, with sore legs and blisters but also interesting pictures, numerous souvenirs, and one hell of a story. You can read the full and quite long write up here at my journal. I think saying much more will give away some surprises, so I'll let it speak for itself.

Delighted and still a little embarrassed, truth be told. I'm still kind of shocked that all of this actually happened.

I'm glad for that, if nothing else. He's such a wonderful person.

It was quite the experience. I've been kind of smiling about it for the past few days, in-between slapping my forehead in "Why did you SAY that?" moments.

How sweet of him. I would have felt very shy too. It must be at least as weird for them as for us.

Oh, probably. They suddenly get asked strange questions (and even I'll admit that the question I asked, poorly worded or not, is relatively normal) and are surrounded by people who know their filmography. Ioan actually said at one point in the Q&A that it took him a while to get used to the idea of talk shows and con appearances because it felt strange to put so much of yourself out there.
