John looked around a little nodding when the man approached them. He smiled faintly and held out his hand,"Nice to meet you."

Davon had that look like he knew more than he ever let on about anything, which was why he was in a good mood as he returned the handshake firmly with a small smile. "I obviously don't need to tell you how lucky you are," he replied.

"Shut it," Stark said dryly. "Both of you know how I get."

John chuckled softly with a nod,"No you don't need to tell me. I know how lucky I am..unless we make her mad."

Stark arched an eyebrow. "And when have you ever actually done that?" she replied with a laugh. "Davon, on the other hand...damn was I pissed at you a couple of times."

"I maintain I was young, stupid and ignorant and therefore it wasn't really my fault." He shook his head. "I should introduce you to the wife and kids. I think they're busy poking a cheese tray."

"Well there's something I'll probably never do," Stark admitted with a laugh. "The whole marriage thing. I think I missed that boat." Never mind that it was not something she was going to broach in her current relationship, circumstances considered.
