I love entries like these, little snapshots into lives, the kind of detail that I'd never be aware of (from the two different sign languages to the changing shops and the difference in buses)...

...but, more importantly, I *love* the idea of having biscuits in my name - you're clearly pretty wonderful to deserve such treatment - I can only dream of such adoration ;-)

i still refuse to believe you'd never taken a shower before. baths are unclean, you're sitting in your own filth >:O

I've only lived in houses with baths, in england baths are what we do. and - people who sit in the bath longer for 10 minutes are gross - i always wash throughly and get out real quicksmart

It's good to have someone on my side with the whole bath thing. I feel so vulnerable when I'm in the shower, it's kind of wierd.

baths > showers. by miles. or t the very lest sitting down in the bath with the shower on. maybe try that technique in a cubicle in future?

I did try, but the floor was all bobbly, and there was a drain that sucked the water out that had some kind of motor in it! D:

I may be one of the only ones to think this, but showers are so much better than baths!
