"Ain't Miss Beholden" Prompt

A fic prompt for you: watch the end of this episode. I saw it for the first time last night and thought it was probably the heaviest subtext I've seen so far. (Alternatively, start from the beginning here.)

Happy writing. And if anyone can recommend any other subtext-heavy episodes that are on YouTube, I'd be totally down.

Subtext-heavy episodes? That would be like almost all FOL episodes from Season 2 to Season 9 :D

But I'd recommend watching "Cruisin","Dear Apple", "E.G.O.C.", "New York, New York" to name a few . . . I'm not sure if they're still on Youtube, though. A lot of the vids got pulled out by YT. You could check out this link, though: http://community.livejournal.com/fol_fiction/40368.html

Thanks! I'm going to check those out.

I've been looking for "Cruisin'" on YouTube periodically and haven't been able to find it (except as part of this edit someone mentioned here recently). And I remember someone else was kind enough to link to a file of "Cruisin'" -- but that was in .rar and I use a Mac. Woe.

It may have had something to do with the fact that I was blazed at the time, but damn, the last scene of "Ain't Miss Beholden" had some outstanding levels of subtext compared to what I remembered from part of seasons two and three.

Well, I do have flv files of the episodes. I had the funny feeling back then that YT would delete them, so I downloaded most of the episodes. Can your Mac read zip files? (Sorry, don't have a Mac so I don't know these things)

I could zip them up and upload them for you if you want . . . I think you can play them on VLC

Is it just me or does "She'll be glad to do it if I kiss her family tree" have a secondary meaning for subtext hunters?
