Just to bring this to an even dozen, here are the last rules I'll provide on puzzle construction.

There is a German framework for a puzzle wiki for logic puzzle types (at least rule wise), and I've always been interested in starting my own as part of my web forum when I start a monthly or bimonthly release of an online hand-crafted logic puzzle magazine. I'm not sure how many would contribute, but honestly with a good example and a concise set of rules, its not like a lot of the content is going to need frequent updating. More in depth stuff though, including constructions strategies, solving strategies, would be a great addition.

I think that would be awesome, and perhaps you should ping Qoz about having it hosted at puzzlers.org

devjoe linked to an index of past Mystery Hunt puzzles that he put together, at the bottom of this post, and at some point I suggested that it ought to be turned into a wiki. Possibly it should get integrated into the Puzzlepedia.

BTW, I know the person who set up puzzlewiki.org. You'd be welcome (encouraged) to add content there.
