Yesterday the zoo in my town celebrated it's 125th birthday with a huge party and a penguin parade. Since the beginning of this year companies, shops, schools etc. could buy these huge white penguin prototypes and paint them, dress them or add accessories. OMG, that sounds like the coolest thing EVER! The Pinguinale? I'm kinda jealous right now!

And yay for the unknown animals! I love the Schabrackentapir and the Okapi so much.

Earlier this year a tapir-baby was born in our zoo. So cute! It has grown a lot since then- I was really surprised to see it again yesterday. I didn't think it would grow THAT fast. I always support unpopular or really old animals. I don't need shiny show-off animals. Yes, I am talking about you, Mr. Sea Lion!
