Naked pony photos. Minutes after clipping. Also chopped another 6 inches off of her tail. Mane was shortened a few weeks ago, but her high neck blanket the last week is smashing down the mane on the lower part of her neck. Still, tons better than the wooly bear long maned beast she'd turned into

:D Fresh clipping! They always look a bit silly, and all because of us...

So if she's clipped below the ears, I guess it means she also "thinks" a lot? Oscar gets very sweaty with a bridle on, and I always pretended that was his brain overheating :D

I'm curious about your advice on Oscar's case:

In the past years, I clipped him at the very beginning of November, because he already had his winter coat and the weather was still warm enough to make him sweat from ears to shoulder and under the girth.
I haven't done that this year, we made it through the "still warm" days, and now it's colder and he doesn't really sweat anymore - except those damn ears of course.

Would you still clip him?
He *is* cold-blooded and doesn't sweat much but his coat can feel a bit wet on the neck after an hour of workout.
