Hotel jobs are awesome for the other benefits like free or discounted stays at other properties, and Renaissance is part of Marriott so there are tons to choose from. And if you ever want to move to a new city, transferring is relatively easy. I'd probably still work for Hyatt if I hadn't chosen to stay home with Stella.
