I lost 25 pounds over the course of 2010. My goal for 2011 is to lose another 15. I'm not dieting. Instead I'm choosing to eat more healthily. This year I quit fast food - Arbys, Wendys, McDonalds. This year my resolution is to eliminated convenience foods and processed foods and cook for myself instead, even if it's just throwing a baked potato
