[There are Christmas decorations, and signs reading "Merry Christmas", everywhere. Where Edna found them is anyone's guess, but now there's hardly a building or lamppost that's not decorated. One notable exception is Central HQ, since she almost got arrested trying to sneak in. The gate outside does have a wreath hanging from it, though

It's awkward, how everyone seems to go crazy during this holiday with decorating and what not.
