Idly, the chill and the snow made her wonder what time of year it really was there.

As she wandered about the city, the warmth from her firey circlets the only thing keeping absolute cold away, she got her answer in the form of uniformed men decorating a building in Christmas lights, and a giant of a woman watching over them with a cup of something steamy-warm in her gloved hands.
