This is a wonderful insight into Izumi. . thank you! I love her discovering her increased power almost by accident, instinctively saving a child. The description of what the Elric boys mean to her is great, as well, and this story makes me think a lot about how much she has in common with them and how much they need each other. Thank you!

A very nice observation and deeper look at Izumi's character! I especially loved the moment in which she saved the child and her character development throughout - and how much her views change after the failed transmutation, throughout her travels, and once she takes on the Elric brothers as students. She recognizes that she needs to move forward and utilize what she's learned and what she carries with her! She's a very wise character and you've expressed that wonderfully.

Like everyone else, very nice insight on Izumi. I think my favorite part is her traveling to use her alchemy for the good.

Oh, this is really lovely -- her thought processes, the reason behind her calling herself a housewife first and foremost, and the theme of healing and renewal and life going on -- yes, she did have her children, and she does have light and life, despite everything. Great work.
