I am so loving Alex, and I'm glad you wrote a prequel to the coffee fic. And a little sad that she didn't heed Riza's advice. Falling for Roy is just asking for trouble. Riza should know.

In regards to not heeding Riza's words... I don't think Alex had a choice! Such a sap at heart; she'll be doing paperwork by the truckload from now on, no doubt about it. Good news for Roy, though.

Either way, I'm glad you're enjoying these fics of mine! Just as long as they're not spamming the comm, and people are still getting a kick out of reading about her, Alex will continue to fill more prompts for me, I'm sure. :'3

Memorably corny line from Mustang, and a nice sociably good-natured feeling. You don't plan for something nasty to happen to Alex before the series really gets underway do you? She seems likable enough.

I'm glad you like her! As for the degree of absolute hell she'll go through... I guess you'll just have to see, won't you? I am a fan of putting my characters and canon characters too through some really scarring events. However, I will say that most of what I already have planned is in Alex's backstory. So no worries, right? Right? Surely I wouldn't be so cruel as to... hmhmhmmm!

I can guarantee that she won't die early, however, except maybe in a hypothetical fic or two. I like writing her too much!

I like the theme of an outsider trying to join the tachi. It's so easy to put myself in Alex's place. Trying to fit in with that team is going to be a difficult task. Trying to not fall for Roy will be impossible. Well done!

Fortunately, Alex is a stubborn girl. :'3 She won't be so easily deterred by a difficult task. Though... I have a feeling it just makes her less likely to take Riza's advice -- and that's perhaps the most important advice.

Hah, thanks! She's fun to write, so it's good to hear she's fun to read, too. An' hey, don't worry about missing fics like the coffee one -- I'll remember to try to make these Alex-based fics stand-alone wherever possible. (Though I do enjoy it when people read my work!)
