Oh this is so beautifully written, and reminds of the Russian nobles who evacuated. They used to have their jewelery sewn into heir dresses to smuggle it out with them.

I love the ending, I really do. You've cast a wonderful light on Roy and Chris' relationship and I want to thank you for that. <3

thank you very much. I'm so glad you enjoyed this. Actually I got this idea from something similar. It was on antique roadshow where they had a dress with maps sewn into the inside used in the world wars

thank you very much. I'm so glad you liked this. Actually I have a longer Chris fic where she interacts with Hohenheim and younger Pinako, another spy adventure sort of thing that I wrote for fma_ladyfest last year and entitled after a Mae West movie (and now can't remember the title)

Chris is so smooth, I liked your portrayal of her! ^^ The sense of artifice is very palpable, with the dance with the nobleman, the pretending to be a society person, the wigs and her attention to her dress. Seeing little Mustang run around being loud was rather cute- ^^ Nice job! ^__^
