1. Would you put limits on how many art requests (or even fic requests) a single person can make? Or do the author's artists choose what requests to fill? The only problem I could see with art might be that people might all ask for art since commissions usually cost money and this would be a freebie. Artists could be overwhelmed with requests, possibly.
2. I think if things are made so that artists would not be overwhelmed by art requests, then there should be no reason or confusion as to the inclusion of art. I love drawing chibi Ling. Requester B loves chibi Ling. Match made in heaven.
3. So long as it's before the holidays and I have a good amount of time to finish the request, I have no preference as to what month(s) it takes place.
4. Most of mine end up around the 2500 mark, so 3000 could be a bit of a challenge depending. *does not look at the 7K+ pieces of Ling smut she has contributed too* So my vote for 2K minimum?
1) Author/Artist writes out what s/he is willing/likes to do in probably a screened list. Once the deadline is up, no more players.
2) Leni and I list those "willing/likes" and post them anonymously. Everyone then gets to choose three (maybe four, depending on the amount of people who might play) people from that list and give us those prompts and choices. Leni then figures out which person gets which prompt. There are no double ups (at least in theory).
Good point about the art. Hmmmm. I shall go poke at a couple of "Just Artists" and see what they think.
2,500 is probably a good number. That's about six pages. *nod* Even if it's like a series of short stories *looks at Leni*, that shouldn't be too hard to do?
This is probably my paranoia talking but I just wanted to make sure I had signed up for this. I filled in the form and commented on the screened post but whereas I can usually see my own screened comments I couldn't see it on there.
I am notoriously paranoid so feel free to ignore my insanity :)

So...possibly July. Which could be interesting, considering that's probably America's Vacation Month.

Oh my. This is gonna be interesting.
Darling. I love you. But 3k words are suicide for me (unless I'm able to space them out. As in, 3 ficlets of 1k words each would make up one of 3k.)
