Well we didn't lose, and Messi shot into the right net, so y'know considering it's Feburary I'm calling it good.

VV was brilliant, and he got a lot of love for it (mostly from Jordi, but also Puyi). Villa does indeed need more love from the bosses, there are still rumours he might leave so no come on don't play it like they did with Llorente.

It was a very frustrating game yes, did know that first goal was coming. Messi's penalty taking seems to have improved, he just smashed it in rather than trying to be subtle by going to the side or whatever.
Valencia did all the right things by them, to be fair, a worthy opponent.

Hope Tito is ok, and that they have a good plan.

Hahaha, well, some teams had one more day to rest, so their forwards remembered which net was theirs.

Oh, I missed Jordi giving VV lots of love. I still remember that photo VV posted when he first transferred, where he was sitting in his lap in the hallway, lol.

I'm almost 100% certain that Villa will be transferred this summer :(. Rumor is that we will replace him with Neymar.

Valencia played well, they deserved the draw and maybe then some.

Tito... I still think he was the right man for the job, but the stress couldn't have been good for him :(.

Yeah that must be it.

I remember that pic, lol. He was just being his usual cute self with high fives and stuff.

That would be so sad. I haven't seen much of Neymar so wouldn't know, but don't really see the point.

True that.

And he's still talking to them, even while in treatment, that's dedication. So far at least he seems to be handling it ok.

Here's a very cute pic of Jordi kissing Leo after the penalty shot:

It seems like that left forward position is cursed, maybe because it keeps being filled by center forwards instead of putting Messi back on the right. Villa is such a brilliant natural striker, and I know that he's gotten older, but he's still in great shape, and yet he rarely gets to play, much less start. Can't help thinking that the rumors are true and he and Messi don't get along anymore.

And if Neymar comes, who's to say that it won't be more of the same? Maybe we'll just ruin him too, unless he's truly content to be a left winger instead of a center forward. And it will also mean that we won't keep developing Tello, after he worked so hard to stay.

Poor Tito!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But his health is the most important! If there is one thing Americans know how to do it's treating ilnesses ...cross my fingers for el Mister. AnimsTito!

I honestly don't know what is going on with Masche ... Pique got himself together recently. fatherhood is clearly doing him good but Masche ... I don't know.

Victor was clearly MOTM! Oe oe oe oe oe Victor Valdes!!!!!!!!!!!!! ... we will miss you buddy! I still hope you'll change your mind!

Villa should have started, I agree here ... but I have to admit the warm welcome Mestalla gave him was touching ... how did they welcome Jordi btw? I missed that.

Again, poor game from Xavi and Leo ... by Xavi's and Leo's standard tbh ...

Yeah, we're not good at preventing illness, but we know how to treat it if you've got the money. Anims Tito!

Pique still slips up once in a while but has been vastly improved over last season.

I still think that maybe he would change his mind if he felt like cules loved and appreciated him :(.

I didn't see the very beginning. I hope that they welcomed Jordi. He was so good today. He so often is!

I think that Xavi was knackered from el clasico, and Leo is having his usual winter slump :(.

I can't wait until I am done with school and can actually watch games. Except I'll still have work.

Starting in a couple of weeks, I'll be working Tuesday and Thursday afternoons so will probably miss most midweek matches :(.
