I have such a weakness for magical reveal AND awesome!bamf!Merlin, so this one ticked a lot of boxes. I really liked the whole thing through Arthurs eyes, because while I also think that he would be very betrayed (and will be *still hopes for a canon magic reveal*) his knee-jerk reaction would always be protecting his friends :)

The end of s.4 left me a little... annoyed, even though logically I know they're not going to push for a reveal at all - which is super annoying. But then I suppose that's why we have fic! :D
