When did I get back here? And why does the city look worse then it did? Is everyone okay?

--and why am I wearing a dress?!

i leave for a few months and this happen, a second intro of sorts, !ic, aang does not like dresses, !event end, was a girl for a day, lavos needs to clean up after himself, !lavos, is everyone okay?
