whether you know it or not what you just said is putting yourself out there to be torn apart; for one, the beauty you talk about is the kind that comes through in shaky handwriting and unsure moments, and the fact that you still peer down the fingernails at the person you want to be, that's amazing. don't give up the fight.

I think about the reason people stare all the time, especially when they're staring at me. It makes me self-conscious, in a way.
