You know, I spoke to him about this yesterday and his response was

"Yes, we've talked about it and it makes the most sense financially and it's probably the smarter option for some other reasons as but....But it's just not what we want"

They want a more open kitchen/dining/living room area that would be better suited for entertaining guests :|
