Yet again I'm using my Lj for user testing of a Uni project.

Can you please spare 5 mins and go fill out a form for me. I can't tell who sent in the forms so please give your honest opinions and also I didn't design it anyways.

I know you didn't make the form, but on the questions that just have yes/no, you might consider an unsure, or don't know. I know its a cop out answer, but you could ask people to explain their answers in the last box. For me, it really only applied to the 'Is it clear what the site is for?' yes/no... I think I can guess what it's for, but I wouldn't say I was 100% sure, and therefore I don't think its 'clear'.
