Ugh, so this depression/anxiety/SAD thing is kicking my butt. I've also had annoying symptoms for a while which seem to point towards IBS, which is often tied in with stress, depression and anxiety, although it could be a food intolerance too. Anyways, I'm going to the doctor in a couple of hours and I'm going to ask her for three things ( Read more... )

Well, it's my birthday! I am officially 27 years old. Wow. Who'd have seen that coming? Given my usual tendency to freak out about getting older, I actually feel surprisingly okay about it.
