A/N- Human names used. It is my head canon that Vichy is a split personality of France's, and a woman (jokingly enough, a woman who loves the idea of being a man).

Paper to represent weak, and easily broken. Something not that important.
Wars, since the world is suffering with two major powers at war.

The war is really unimportant and pointless. It should be something resolved easily, but isn't.

I like it, I think it fits pretty well.
