I heart Ianto too. He is most definitely my very very favourite and did I mention I have thus far found two pieces of fantastic epic Ianto-fiction that I can pass on if you're interested?

Anyway, stories!

That Old Black Magic is a series of short stories about Ianto and coffee (which makes it sound boring, but it's really well done).

Shades of Ianto is an epic Ianto-is-cleverer-than-he-seems series, where Ianto is basically running everything from behind the scenes, and is awesome.

A Few Quiet Drinks is not specifically Ianto, but it's a crossover with Discworld and therefore awesome. I have a whole bunch more in my memories, too - just poke around my userinfo.
