Dealing with people can be so frustrating. I can imagine it is hard to be in a leaders position as you simply can't make everyone happy and there are always some that is constantly negative about everything. It's also really hard to not give a damn when people give you crap and complains.

I feel so hard for both L and C sometimes. But L is a bit more diplomatic, and she's still very new, which means there isn't so much history when it comes to dealing with the parents. She might not make any different decisions, but it seems like the parents are a bit more willing to listen to her/our side and maybe give in, simply because C's not been a part of earlier decisions they didn't like very much.

It's not that my colleagues give me specifically crap either, it's more that, well, they don't really help out much. They're a bit lazy, which makes it hard for the rest of us, because we end up pulling the extra weight, in addition to the tasks we already have, of course! I don't mind being busy, not at all, and I like to help out when I can, but when people expect me to, and don't help out other people in return, oooh, that makes my blood boil :(
