I Agree with the equality thing.
So what do you think of reserved seats for special guests or pastors?

hmmmm interesting...my first reaction is...na, taking it too far (hehe...u stirrer!). As I think pastors have the mantle of authority placed on their lives from God, and we are to repsect authority..so that is more of a gesture of respect, as they give their whole lives as a sacrifice for the church, christs bride. And conferences are a bit different..

I guess the main thing (as I see it), is not putting in all this effort to esteem particular parts of the church body...
Particularly if you esteem prominent parts already..as it can breed conceit in those people (which God will have to then go and try and beat it out of them, as God hates pride), and breed feelings of inferiority in those that are never recognised (which God will then have to try and restore, although they learn humility...but they can stop wanting to be that role that they are made to be as they feel worthless/useless).

So it makes it easier on all if each role has just as much recognition and honour as the other...

Im not talking about conferences, just at church. Generally there are special sections for the big fish in the church... special carparks etc etc... Bad thing? Good thing?
