If it were me, I would go through JET and then use the time I was in JET to find a real job doing ESL or something along those lines.

Also, if you are looking for a really hard but you'll become completely fluent in two years (like starting from nothing) I recommend http://www.kcpinternational.com/. But I mean it's really intense... but you will get through their entire program in two years. And if you are going into it with some knowledge already, you can start half way into it and then get into their "advanced" courses, which goes beyond their standard curriculum.

Seems interesting. ^.^ I may do the advanced courses since I plan on taking all the Japanese at USC or Coastal Carolina, which pretty much only go through basic Japanese. I don't have much knowledge right now, but by the time I'm through with those courses I hope I'll be qualified. Thanks for the link!
