My roommate's cat loves minty type things. Last week I had a cold so I was putting on some VapoRub. One of the dachshunds came up to me and immediately tunred away because of the menthol smell. Cotton (the cat) was sitting at my feet with his nose up in the air, sniffing. He's been known to eat menthol cigarettes too...
