On becoming a totally crazy Whovian in one episode.

I didn't like Doctor Who. Saw a handful of episodes in the 60s and it just wasn't my thing. My total immersion in Who was to recognise people at comic conventions wearing a long scarf and handing out Jelly Babies to people. Awwwww don't you just love to immerse yourself so fully into a fandom?!! It is so much fun and I am so glad you are enjoying it and having so much fun!! Sounds like the Dr. Who fandom is an awesome one! My hubby has watched Dr. Who from Day 1... well from the time he was little (it came out about 4 years before he was born *lol*) and I have watched many episodes here and there. I actually started with Matt Smith and loved him and I loved Rose and Eccleston. I haven't seen Tennant's but I hear he is a lot of people's favorite so I bet he is lovely. Dr. Who is finally gaining a large popularity here in the US when it comes to merchandise because I see it all over Barnes and Noble and other stores. It's about dang time!!!

Yes fandom immersion is amazingly fun. I'm watching Matt Smith now. Tennant was cool. I love Freema so much. I watched very little of it as a kid. But I'm definitely into it now.

Here, have an Eccles icon giggle.

hahha very nice icon! The one episode where he leaves Rose or she gets trapped and he had to leave (it's been so long since I saw the episode) was absolutely heartbreaking.

I like the Matt Smith seasons because of Rory mostly. He is a super awesome character. Let me know what you think of him when you get there.
