"I told you it wouldn't work," she says, somewhat smugly.
"Not helping, Ms Isley."
"But I told you," she insists, crossing her legs neatly and leaning in to tap at the blurry picture on the screen, "you could've listened to me, you could've saved yourself all this trouble, but no. In Batman charges again, using his ever so big head to solve all the world's problems."
"Not helping, Pamela."
"You could've listened to me," she says sweetly, tapping at the screen again and tilting her head just slightly. She's technically a good guy now, redeemed and on the right side, but that doesn't mean that she can't take a little pleasure in the endearing calamities of the world, "you could've acknowledged that the plant had been exposed to toxic waste, and thus had a high change of mutating into a form that you couldn't easily contain. But no."
"Not helping, Pam"You just let it expand," she chuckles, and smiles at the picture on the screen - the blurry plant, shucking its troublesome confines and expanding out into the unworthy world.

Thank you so much! I've never really wrote Pam before, although have loved her for YEARS, so I'm glad she came out well! She's a lot of fun to write. :DD

I haven't read that - I NEED TO READ SO MANY MORE COMICS AND ALSO HAVE MONEY - but I've been reading a few Detective Comics with her in them lately and SHE IS SO MUCH FUN. Her aggressive snark at Batman is one of my favourite things. :D

I have only read a few, because there are about a thousand of them, but a friend recommended some that have Eddie reforming and becoming a private detective and she happened to be in them and they were SO MUCH FUN. (And Harley also popped up! Which is always a bonus.)
She's such a good supervillain, and so interesting! Like Eddie, I wish they did more with her.

Detective Comics #823! Which contains a premise - Batman has to stop Poison Ivy from getting hurt and thus has to guard her - that I would happily read a billion comics of.

detective comics! those have always sounded like fun to me, but i never actually read them.
her snark is such good quality snark, i love it. and her hair, too. and the whole plant thing, i feel, is a v. nice idea for a superhero/villain.
