Well yes. And also, poorly executed, out of character and really, such it's such a shame that the episode existed.

Okay I’ve seen it now! I didn’t think it was OOC at all, actually. It just felt bleak as fuck. Like the whole show was a giant troll.

Well I don't think it was OOC exactly, I have the problem with the way everything was presented, B/R breakup rushed after seasons and seasons of build up, only to have them break up in no more than 2 minutes, Ted/Robin repeatedly being shown through seasons as being over and then getting together again within the last 2 minutes of the show, the Nice Guy narrative, not allowing Robin/Barney to be a non-stereotypically happy couple, reducing Robin to a woman not able to handle a career and a personal life all at once, reducing Lily to a woman who has babies. GUH. EVERYTHING MAKES ME SAD AND ANGRY :(

I don't know, it did occur to me that yes, it felt trollish, but I actually think it was exactly what they intended to do, and very seriously, but I just don't understand the how and why of it :D

I just finished watching it and I feel...honestly, I don't know how I feel.
But it was fucked up, that's for sure.

I'M SO SORRY ABOUT YOUR SHOW D: Like I don't go here at all but I've seen stuff on my tumblr dash and I can't imagine how pissed off I'd be if I had a whole season around my ship getting married, only to have them divorce in the final 30 mins? Jfc.
