Houseowner

So, we have now been house owners for 10 days me and unixsmurf. It feels somewhat unreal still.
There's boxes everywhere, even though we have been pretty good at unpacking them (all fiction paperbacks are now in bookshelf, sorted by author). Somehow it feels like we need more storage, or less chaos, or both.

We have sorted out the old house, well, unixsmurf has, I ( Read more... )

happiness, house, chaos

Planera trädgårdsarbetet? I januari?

Please tell me you are NOT placing the sofas etc in one FAR corner of the livingroom and the telly in the OTHER far corner of the room? I have watched so many "Escape to the country" by now that I am somehow getting a hang of the UK style of placing furniture. It looks downright weird. Not to mention that idea of shoving everything to the walls and leave a HUGE open blank space in the middle of the room. Not to mention no TV table infront of the sofa. ;-D I DO hope you'll be as Swedish as possible in the furniture. ;-D

Our livingroom is almost too small for the two sofas we have but as audio (and for Leif also video) geeks we do have a proper setup and would have regardless of which country we are in. :)

We provide each other, being audiogeeks both of us. :)
Last purchase was a very very nice arcam reciever that just makes the music turn into audioporn in our speakers. *mrrrrrrrff!*
