Seriously, when I saw him my first reaction was "HIS SEX-APPEAL OH MY GOODNESS" but close enough afterwards came "River!!!" They'd be so hot together, and although his interpretation might be NOTHING like Malcolm Tucker (well, it's not like he can go around saying "fuck it" every two minutes), I saw a vid with quotes from him in that show and his VOICE and ROUGHNESS absolutely killed me. Goosebumps all over! And River being absolutely epic… Sparks all over the place. Guh.

Also: Alex/Peter would turn me into the wierdest hetshipper in the freaking world I SWEAR TO GOD!
*grins widely* Well, I know too little about the Rani to have had that thought, but besides… Great minds ;) I love your enthusiasm, I think I've found a kindred soul :D *hugs and then bounces and then hugs and then explodes* The dynamic would be pretty different and that would be so lovely to see-I mean, I just rewatched the NotD River/Eleven scene and melted on the spot, and River and Eleven just have that married thing going, with the sweetness and the banter and the emotion and all the history we've seen unfold throughout the seasons. And as a shipper their chemistry kills me, but the chemistry I picture with Twelve is different-more immediate and visceral, whereas with Eleven it took all the building and the slow work of letting her in. Sparks flying like electricity-also, I associate him with the roughness from Malcolm Tucker clips, so that makes the effect even stronger. Taking "I hate you!" *cue kissing* to whole new levels =P So basically, I'll always be true to Eleven/River but the idea of Capaldi does all sort of things to

I really hope they do at least one episode with River and 12. If only so we can see how they relate to each other.
