Guh, I'm sorry dear. Glad the post improved your day a little, though ;)
I just checked wikipedia. On Barbara's page it says: "After meeting Jo Grant (Katy Manning) and the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith), Sarah Jane Smith (Elisabeth Sladen) reveals that she has researched the lives of some of the Doctor's earth-bound companions, and discovered that Ian and Barbara have married each other, become professors, live in Cambridge, and are rumoured to have not aged since the 1960s." Ghhhhh!!!! That is EXCELLENT. Like I mentioned in an edit to the post, this made me want to see River pop into the sixties, take advanced history classes there and ask Barbara about the Aztec high priest Yetaxa… and gender-irrelevant!reincarnation :D
Gah I just LOVE One's sass. I vaguely remembers him outsassing some prisoner guard or something who is forcing the prisoners to do demanding labor... doesn't the Doctor hit him on the head with an ax or something after distracting him with golden coins? I laughed so hard XDYES! That's exactly the part I was
( ... )
Nah, I hadn't-I'd just shoved it onto the "deserve a longer response, do-later" pile and you know what happens to that one ;) That's right… Five days. IKR? It'd be funny :D Though classic!Who and new!Who just feel kinda separate in my head thus far. The ancient Doctor, the style of companions… IDK. Yes, I think he did! XD I loved it to bits! Utterly carefree, he seemed. YAY :D You rock, girl. In my case it's also mercilessly accurate. Things just fly out of my head. Long term and short term. That's ironical because I also have one hell of a memory for some things, but mostly long-term… (I swear, my mother tells me one thing and five minutes later I know nothing more about it. Well, low attention level does that too. That sounds bitchy for her, now-I mean everyday stuff, not when we're having actual talks =P) No, unfortunately :( But I figured, you never know! They might have watched the show, and be curious, and check your fic out and love it :D *obediently positive*
Ahh, I really need to get back into watching classic!Who. I just need to remember which ones I've seen... you're making me want to watch all the One! I think I stopped when Ian&Barbara left because they were perfect.
lol One/Cameca was so the reason I enjoyed Eleven/Marilyn so much. In fact, One and Eleven being at opposite ends of the spectrum only... the youngest is the oldest and vice versa amuses me far too much. XD
Yes, yes, yes! ♥ Like I said, I can't wait to see AWWWWWL of them, but I'm going to mourn when Ian & Barbara go =/ How many Doctors have you tried before? (LOL, that sentence…) Good point about Eleven/Marilyn!!! And Ten/Elizabeth, lol. You're so right about One vs. Eleven too, teehee :D

I'm chuckling at the notion of River meeting up with Barbara XD
"And the Doctor walking around French country roads all cheerfully." Indeed! Didn't he literally do nothing but that for two episodes? XD
Since I wrote 4k of Recovering on Monday and also posted part 8, the day turned out /very/ well *beams*
Far as I know, The Citrine Cross is indeed from the Da Vinci Coe.
"My twin goldfish" LOL. Such accuracy, in my case at least :P
Are you aware of any Rumbelle followers you have? :)
I genuinely like the French Eurovision song of this year, don't be so negative you ;)
