I wouldn't be surprised if Myr and I do sound a lot alike - we're from the same part of the country. Although I do have a hint of the Bostonian accent on some words.
Have you really never heard of João Gilberto? Swm had no clue either. He's like the most famous Brazilian musician ever. He IS Bossa Nova. And João is seriously one of the most fun words in any language to say.
