I just finished watching and I honestly don't know how I feel. I'm in two minds about this whole season in general, especially when I take in the fact that they dismantled nearly everything I loved about one of my favorite characters and made her so unsympathetic and one-note. I almost feel like this season is incomplete, because I didn't get a sense of a tight arc this year when compared to the past seasons. IDK IDK. I'll need to watch it again, for sure.

You nailed my feelings perfectly, Kalie. The show has been seemingly operating on two different length because, well, I believe Wiener hired a different crew of writers for this season and they haven't quite gotten the 'feel' of the show. And, urgh, they introduced arcs that ended up receiving little attention during the finale-like SCDP money woes thanks to Lucky Strikes leaving. IDK IDK IDK. Another screening is necessary for me as well.

Last night when I was trying to fall asleep, I kept re-waking up thinking "Wait a minute, why would Megan even still be working there, as a secretary or not?" or "Hold up, so Megan knew about Faye the whole time and still wants to marry him?"

I just don't know. That was weird. I feel like the Weiner and Co. let their interns write the episode.
