The second decontamination room goes by in a dusty red blur. Suits get discarded, their gear is disinfected, and Mitsuru keeps trudging forward, wanting to put that place behind her as fast as possible

Akihiko pauses just outside the doors and closes his eyes. "Well, I'm not hearing the voice anymore, so I guess it's different." He steps forward and looks around. "Even though it looks the same."

He starts walking along the path. "I don't trust it, though. Let's try and get through it quickly."

"Agreed. But all the same, I'd prefer not to run for a little while." She's starting to wonder if they've ever spent any time here that hasn't had some running involved, but discards the thought when her stomach gives a hungry growl.

She starts putting one foot in front of the other anyway, despite any protests her feet or stomach give.

"We should take a break then. I think..I need some time to rest as well." Mia is the last member to make it though the door, as she's already wasting no time in shedding the decotamination gear. Even though she's trying her hardest to not show it, something during the last trial bothered her from start to end. Her hand is still struggling to hold her weapon, while following the group into the bright skies and green hills.

"This isn't going to get any easier, I imagine."

Without having to worry about the voice in his head, Akihiko is feeling much more at ease. He's trying to tone it down a little, since both of his companions seem to be feeling the worse for wear.

It's because of this (almost light-headed) feeling that causes him to walk off the path when he spots the orange trees. It's his hunger that make him reach up and twist one off, and he looks at the two women who are still on the path.

"What's the worst that can happen?" he shrugs. "Hasn't exploded or tried to eat me yet." He digs a thumbnail into the orange and starts to peel it.
