She's one of the current top otokoyaku actresses of Takarazuka. Mizu Natsuki. I'm not sure where else you could have seen her outside the Revue, since I'm really only familiar with this one musical and not so much the actresses themselves (or the Revue for that matter), but she's probably been in other stuff - a lot of the actresses from Takarazuka did. Like the original Beryl from Sera Myu and the Pluto who came after Rei. They were both former musumeyaku actresses for Takarazuka.

Ehm, after having rewatched all five videos... if you were talking about Der Tod in the first video (Yukigumi 2007), it would be Mizu Natsuki. However, Der Tod in the fourth video (2002, Hanagumi) has a green-ish wig as well and that would be Haruno Sumire. She's my personal favourite Tod. Great voice and acting, plus she's so seductive as Death.
