I don't think it's possible to write death without it being heartbreaking -- especially not with these two.

Oh wow poor Fay... I've never wondered if Fay would turn out like Ashura but... that just makes sense, you know??

I never really thought of it like that either - it was more of a reference to Infinity, and what they said would have happened if Sakura hadn't made the decision to try and change the future on her own. But I really like that interpretation as well!
