It is just around the corner of my house. Maybe, just a 5-min walk. It was normally a quiet neighbourhoood. I have not even visited it yet. They are looking for gods! As for me, I still do not have time to walk 3 min (I walk fast) in that direction. Ha ha.

I wish they discover diamond in my area and so the property value goes up. It is still a ghetto here. Ha ha ha.

Hmm... which makes me wonder if the suddenly popular Tree Gods were created by real estate agents for that locale, to generate interest and increase property value! LOL

Ha ha. On the contrary, property located near places of worship is usually at lower value due to congestion, noise, pollution, etc. However, such negative factors are not considered if it is a place of high commercial activities such as town center or MRT station.

Do I sound like property agent? Ha ha. Don't worry, I am not;)
