This was so entirely lovely!!! The pacing and the tension of it!!! I love how George is so obstinate and Paul is so befuddled by him. Paul and George is not the pairing I prefer, but once in awhile someone will write a scene of the two of them that's pretty believably realistic and plausible. I also think if something in real life had happened between Paul and George it would be during those very early teen days, when they were close and before they got distracted by other people.

I love the way you described George's physical characteristics too.

This was a true pleasure to read, I'm glad I did!
