Apartment Woes

Last night I called Rhonda to plan our wednesday concert night and I heard what I thought to be an argument somewhere in my building.  I couldn't really tell because of the a/c was running and such so I thought people were just talking loudly.  Later I heard what I can confirm to be a fight.  Yelling and such.  I couldn't tell where it was coming
