Its outrageous.

Ask them which company they use as a delivery method. Bet it turns out to be parcelnet.

UPS, apparently. I guess they're all rubbish. Despite the essay delay in December, I still wish everyone would just use Royal Mail.

Parcelforce have always been ok with my stuff.

Its bloody ridiculous.

Dear *****,

I have tried to get in touch with you a few times by phone but unsuccessfully , we have received a clean POD ( proof of delivery ) from TNT , the package was deliverd to the correct address and signed for by Lambert, can you please confirm if you have located this package so we can either continue with our investigation or close the issue .
