Morhpology: studies the structure of morphemes, which are the smallest grammatical unit in a language.

I thought it was something along these lines but than why do I have to know IPA (international phonetic alphabet)in both Phonetics and Phonology? I mean, it is easier in the general but still when it comes to how sounds convey meaning it's pretty much the same in all languages no?
And yes, that piggy bank is awful cute :)

I think the main difference between phonology and phonetics is that phonology concentrates on a function of the sound and differences in how it's used in languages and phonetics is about how the sound is created (what shape are vocal cords, lips and other parts of involved anatomy when the sound is created).
I picked this up on a fanmade lecture about linguistic on con (the fan has degree in English, I think), so I hope I got it right.
And the toy is the cutest think ever. :)
Couldn't wear the shoes. I need them mostly flat. But they look good. :)

This is what you are doing in cons? tsk... sounds fun ;)
I used to wear them flat but since I accepted the fact that I will never grow again and my little sister just passed me in height I decided it was high time to change that fact. It takes a while to get used to walking on them and they are taller than what I usually walk but still, I feel so good while walking so high above the ground it's worth it :)

I'd wear high heels if I could, but my feet ached a lot when I tried. I weigh too much for them.
